Project manager will oversee various artist projects within The System. This role involves coordinating between different departments, managing timelines, and communicating with artists and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans that outline key milestones, deliverables, and resources required. Ensure projects are executed according to plan, adjusting as necessary to meet objectives.

Team Coordination: Work closely with internal departments, including A&R, marketing, production, and finance, to ensure all aspects of a project are aligned and progressing. Serve as the main point of communication between these departments and the project’s stakeholders.

Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that spending is within limits and allocated efficiently. Monitor and report on financial status to senior management.

Artist Relations: Maintain positive and productive relationships with artists, understanding their vision and ensuring the project aligns with their artistic goals.

Vendor and Partner Management: Identify, negotiate with, and manage third-party vendors and partners, including studios, directors, and promotional agencies.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project timelines or budgets and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.

Quality Control: Ensure the final output meets the record label's quality standards and the artist's vision. Coordinate reviews and approvals as needed.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders, highlighting milestones achieved, issues encountered, and plans for resolution.
